This course provides the Level II training required by the Texas Department of Public Safety Private Security Bureau for unarmed security guards. The program is broken into six comprehensive modules, each covering essential topics you'll use daily in your security career. Each module includes a five-question quiz to reinforce key concepts, followed by a comprehensive 50-question final exam.

Upon successful completion, you'll receive a Texas-approved certificate of completion to use as proof of education when applying for your Texas security guard license. The course can be completed entirely online at your own pace, making it perfect for busy schedules.

Important Note: The Texas Department of Public Safety conducts a fingerprint-based FBI Criminal History background check for all new license applications. Applicants do not need to be Texas residents to qualify for a security guard license.
